This is the fourth update I’ve posted on the Kenmore 700 Elite I received over the summer from the fine folks at Sears to test and will probably be my last for awhile as the temps hit the single digits weeks before Thanksgiving.
Leading up to the big chill I was perfecting my steak preparation on the Kenmore.
I still can’t figure out the sear burner but I’m using the main grilling surface to its fullest. The grates get nice and hot on their own for beautiful grill marks and the temperature has really turned around gorgeously cooked steaks.
The grill mark image and the cut steak image are actually from two different rounds of cooking.
There’s no real reason for that I just forgot to take pictures of one of the steps each time I guess.
