When Carter was born we did our research, or Mrs. Therapy did the research, and we knew not go the BPA route and went with Born Free, BPA free bottles. They were more expensive and much harder to find than others but why on earth would you risk anything potentially harmful being put into your baby?
That sentiment seemed to be the overriding factor for Avent to make the switch to BPA free bottles. Avent is the largest seller of bottles in the country. Hopefully, their BPA free bottles will be more affordable than Born Free for those on a tight budget with kids.
