Fatblogging: 197.8

OK, I didn’t lose 1.2 pounds in a day. I think yesterday’s
weight was leftover from a “bad” weekend of food and inactivity, compared to a
normal day of both yesterday. Dinner was very light with a salad, single pork
chop, brown rice and spinach. Very plain but hey it was a Tuesday night at
home. Lunch today was a Tuna salad sandwich Courtney made. Light as can be tuna
salad with very little fat free mayo, sprouts, cukes and of course ultra-whole
grain bread with lots of fiber. Good stuff. Tonight will be fish tacos. And it’s
a walk home from the L night for me.
